Accomable

Discovered by two friends who both have Spinal Muscular Astrophy, Accomable lists properties around the world that are accessible. Finding accessible accommodation has never been so simple, allowing disabled travellers to see the world with no worries.

Centre for Accessible Environments (CAE)

The Centre for Accessible Environments delivers consultancy, training, research and literature regarding inclusive building design for disabled and elderly people. This campaign wouldn't have been started without their important work. Their team of experts are on-hand to help with creating accessible mainstream designs that comply with the Equality Act of 2010.

Ceiling Hoist Users Club

Often referred to as CHuC, this organisation was established to boost awareness and acceptance of ceiling track hoists in away from home accommodation. Run in the memory of the website’s creator, Sue Maynard Campbell, who campaigned for ceiling track hoists to be installed in hotels for disabled individuals who travel for business.

Changing Places Campaign

Standard accessible toilets do not meet the needs of all people with a disability. Our friends at the Changing Places campaign have been working to ensure that more accessible changing rooms are provided in public places all throughout the UK. The campaign has been extremely successful and has now spread overseas! With their support, we're hoping to propel the AccessibleHotels.org.uk campaign to reach the same pinnacles of success.

Innova Care Concepts

Providing unique, smart, functional healthcare equipment is Innova’s speciality. From subtle inset ceiling tracking, to hoists that fold away into cupboards, they have accessibility covered with no need to compromise on aesthetics or décor. Innova Care Concepts are the main sponsor of the Accessible Hotels campaign.
